this is my terms of service, by contacting me i assume you have read through this and

- my commissions are NOT first come first serve. I reserve the right to decline any commission- i only take paypal/kofi- payment is after the sketch is completed with a few exceptions- you have 24-48hrs to pay after the payment request is sent. if you fail to pay within that time without notifying me, i will cancel the commission- SMALL INCREASES IN THE PRICE CAN OCCUR IF:
a. i get asked to change elements of the commission drastically or frequently
b. if a character is extreamly complicated- turnaround time is from same-day to a month at most- I do not issue refunds unless I decide I'm either A. taking too long or B. unable continue working on the commission for whatever reason.- if for whatever reason you are concerned about progress, feel free to check out my trello (linked in the "contact me" section) for status, i sometimes update in batches rather than one at a time to save myself time if i have a big que-i can discuss plans/holds this however this will vary on a case-by-case basis. usually i dont do them unless its for higher amounts (over £100.)- i can work dealines, however i will not work with them unless i am given at least a month before the deadline unless I state ill make a exception for holidays (ie. christmas)- I can do private commissions, however PLEASE specify this when you dm me. due to my memory problems I will still put you on my Trello however it would be anonymised like this "private commission for (1st letter of username) (commission type)" and no images would be attached/shared unless specified- i dont do slot reservations, the only exception to this is if i offer you one or if i know you, sorry!- my prices are based on the time they take rather than what they are- if you are interested in a commission type that isn't listed, feel free to dm me and we can disscuss it as it can vary case by case

- you are allowed to use art you have commissioned as pfps/banners on social media with the correct credits (eg. zivis on toyhou.se)- i do not allow for my art to be used for commercial usage (eg. using the art i made to sell as a print or a keychain)
- i will not do commercial use commissions at the moment, all commissions bought from me are for personal use only- do not edit my art in any way. if you are unsatisfied with the work ive provided then im sorry. i try my best to keep in contact with the client and checking if everythign is right and no changes are needed- i do not allow my art to be used for generative A.I, nfts OR CRYPTO BULLSHIT, grifters fuck off go get a real job

5s tweened animated icons, price varies based on any aditional effects i have to add or more parts i have to tween/drawgenerally speaking i prefer to work w/ charachters that have effects in their design. i have a lot of fun trying to figure out how i can make a effect happen in a animation
doodles: £10+

these are pwyw (pay what you want) the minimum is £10 and the maximum is £50.
the more you pay, the more effort i put in, by default it will at the least be a coloured headshot
i take full artistic reign over these, and payment is upfront. at the end i am willing to make small revisions w/ no additional cost
rendered sketch - £25-55+

these are (as the name implies) more sketchier and messier commissions. please be aware of this before buying that they are messy. these are also roughly shadedheadshot/bust: £25
halfbody: £40
fullbody: £55if you are asking for multiple for one peice (like a character page) there are small deductions that i will make for the final price (ie. fullbody+headshot/bust = £80 usually but w/ deductions it makes it £73 as the total)
experimentaL - £50+

these are pwyw and HIGHLY experimental. the examples listed are to just a general ballpark of what to expect, not a set outcome. the minimum is £50 and at minimum will be a detailed bustgenerally speaking i prefer to work with charachters that are more developed in terms of story/personality as its a bit easier for me to encorporate aspects of the charachter in these peiceswhile there isnt a set "style" for these, im okay if you ask me to use a certain artwork i did as a general idea of what is wanted as i usually take some artistic liberties w/ these
doodle customs: £50
